On 29 December 2022, H.E. Meas Kim Heng, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Republic of Türkiye, paid courtesy call to H.E. Prof. Dr. Vahit Kirişci, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry of Türkiye and Co-Chairman of the Cambodia-Türkiye Joint Economic Commission (JEC). During the meeting, both sides reviewed the progress made in the field of trade and socioeconomic cooperation between the two countries and had firm confidence that the upcoming Third Meeting of the JEC to be held in Phnom Penh on 10-12 January 2023 will yield satisfactory results, contributing to elevate the relations of friendship and cooperation between Cambodia and Türkiye to a higher level.

On 14 December 2022, H.E Meas Kim Heng, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Republic of Türkiye hosted a Dinner in honor of H.E. Ms. Serap Yaşar, Chairwoman of the Türkiye-Cambodia Parliamentary Friendship Group, Member of Grand National Assembly of the Republic of Türkiye and 6 other Members of Parliamentary Friendship Group at the Residence. On that occasion, the discussion focused on the parliamentary cooperation between Cambodia and Türkiye and her planned trip to Cambodia to strengthen the friendship between the two countries early next year.

On 14 December 2022, H.E. Meas Kim Heng, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Republic of Türkiye, attended the Conference on the New Perspectives on Türkiye-ASEAN Economic and Trade Relations in order to celebrate the 55th Anniversary of the Foundation of ASEAN and the 5th Anniversary of ASEAN-TÜKİYE Sectorial Dialogue Partnership at the DEIK Headquarter. The Conference was organized by Foreign Economic Relations Boards (DEIK) in cooperation with the Turkish Ministry of Trade. The discussion mainly focused on ways to promote and strengthen the bilateral cooperation between ASEAN-TÜKİYE after Covid-19 pandemic.

On 25 November 2022, H.E. Meas Kim Heng, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Republic of Türkiye, together with ASEAN Member States, attended a meeting with H.E. Mr. Mahmut Özer, Minister of National Education of Türkiye to discuss ways to expand cooperation in the field of education between ASEAN and Türkiye. H.E Minister shared the development of Türkiye's education sector and he praised the progress of ASEAN-Türkiye relations in various fields within the framework of Türkiye-ASEAN Sectoral Dialogue Partnership. On that occasion, H.E Ambassador Meas Kim Heng expressed his appreciation to the Turkish Government for providing scholarships to Cambodian students, and also reaffirmed Cambodia's readiness to expand and strengthen the cooperation in the field of education between Cambodia and Türkiye in particular, and ASEAN and Türkiye in general.

On September 23-24, 2022, the Embas sy participated in the World Cultural Festival at Ankara Cermodern Culture Center under the theme "Together, is Better Forever." The event was organized by EBRISEM in collaboration with the Mayor of Malatya and the Yunus Emre Institute and with the participation of 30 countries. The program focused on gastronomy, traditional dance, traditional fashion and music, intro videos about countries and display of art pieces and products from various countries.On that occasion, the Embassy exhibited art pieces, souvenirs, products made in Cambodia and prepared food and dessert for tasting."

On 08 September 2022, His Excellency Meas Kim Heng and Madam attended the ASEAN Flag Raising Day to observe the 55th Anniversary of the Founding of the Association of South East Asian Nations at the official Residence of Indonesia. The ceremony was presided over by H.E. Apirat Sugondhabhirom, Ambassador of Thailand as the rotating Chairman of ASEAN Ankara Committee and H.E. K Nilvana Damara Yıldırımgeç, Director-General for Multilateral Political Affairs for Asia and Coordinating Ambassador for the Asia Anew Initiative, representing Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye.

On 26 July 2022 His Excellency Meas Kim Heng, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia, together with the Ambassadors of ASEAN Member States in Ankara, attended a Lunch hosted by Prof. Dr. Mesut Özcan Director of the Diplomacy Academy of the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs to welcome the ASEAN Diplomats who participated in the Third Training Program in Türkiye.

On 03 September 2021, H.E. Meas Kim Heng, presented to H.E. Salome Zourabichvili, President of Georgia, the Letter of Credence by which His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni, King of the Kingdom of Cambodia, appointed him as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Georgia with residence in Ankara, Republic of Turkey.

On 30 August 2021, H.E. Mr. Meas Kim Heng, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia attended the Ceremony of the Victory Day of the Republic of Turkey at the Presidential Palace. On behalf of the Government and the people of Cambodia, he conveyed the warmest congratulations and best wishes of  peace, stability, happiness and prosperity to His Excellency Mr. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, and to the friendly people of the Republic Turkey.

On 11 August 2021, H.E. Mr. Meas Kim Heng, presented to H.E. Mr. Sadyr Japarov, President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Letter of Credence by which His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni, King of the Kingdom of Cambodia, appointed him as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Kyrgyz Republic with residence in Ankara, Republic of Turkey.

On 28 June 2021, H.E. Mr. Meas Kim Heng, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia, convened the last meeting of the ASEAN Ankara Committee (AAC) Heads of Mission (HoMs) under the Cambodia’s Chairmanship from January-June 2021. The AAC congratulated Ambassador Meas Kim Heng for his successful Chairmanship and appreciated his efforts in promoting ASEAN visibility in Turkey despite Covid-19 pandemic conditions, and congratulated Ambassador Sazali M. Kamal of Malaysia for assuming his role as the next Chair of the AAC. The group also conveyed their commitment to support the Malaysian Ambassador in planning AAC activities during his Chairmanship.

On 11 June 2021, H.E. Mr. Meas Kim Heng, presented to H.E. Mr. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Letter of Credence by which His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni, King of the Kingdom of Cambodia, appointed him as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Republic of Kazakhstan with Residence in Ankara, Republic of Turkey.

On the afternoon of 28 October 2020, H.E. Mr. Meas Kim Heng, presented to H.E. Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of the Republic of Turkey, the Letter of Credence by which His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni, King of the Kingdom of Cambodia, appointed him as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Republic of Turkey.
